General English (GE)
Course Overview
The General English course offered by EnglishWise is a comprehensive and in-depth language program designed to support students in mastering English for everyday communication and foundational academic purposes. It spans six proficiency levels: Beginner, Elementary, Pre-Intermediate, Intermediate, Upper-Intermediate, and Advanced.
The course aligns with the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) and focuses on enhancing the four macro skills: Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking, along with vocabulary and grammar. Students engage in communicative, real-life contexts, developing abilities directly applicable to personal and academic use.
Aiming to improve general English fluency, the course provides a supportive environment encouraging pathways into other academic programs such as EAP and vocational education.
Course Status: The GE course is an award-winning program. Upon finishing a level, students receive a Certificate of Completion and a level descriptor aligned with CEFR.

General English Language Skills
- Building vocabulary through context and usage
- Grammar development following a structured progression

- Writing for different purposes (emails, narratives, opinion pieces)
- Listening to dialogues, monologues, and multimedia content
- Speaking in structured and spontaneous formats (dialogues, presentations, discussions)

Weekly Themes
- Each week, we delve into a new topic-based unit (e.g., travel, culture, health, education), which not only broadens your knowledge but also integrates vocabulary, grammar, and skills per theme, making your learning experience more comprehensive and engaging.

Formative Assessments
