Cancelling Your Course Before Commencement
If you wish to cancel your course before it starts, you must submit a completed Course Variation Form along with any relevant supporting documents (written and/or translated into English). EnglishWise Global will review your request and inform you of the outcome in writing. Any fees paid will be subject to our Refund Policy.
Cancelling Your Course After Commencement
You may withdraw from your course only if your tuition fees are up to date. EnglishWise Global will notify you in writing of the outcome of your cancellation request.
Course Transfer
If you wish to transfer to another provider, you must have completed at least six months of study in your principal course. If you have not yet completed six months, your transfer request will be assessed according to our Transfer Between Registered Providers Policy.
To initiate a transfer, you must submit a Letter of Offer from the other provider along with your Course Variation Form. Your request will also be evaluated in accordance with our Refund Policy.
